Integration

Print Window works in a very integrated way with the Mac OS X Finder. It allows you to select the folder of which you want to print a file listing right in the Finder without having to first switch to a different application. It accomplishes this with four different methods.

Command Key
Once you have selected the folder you want to print, simply press Command-P, just as you would in any other application. Print Window will come to the front and show you the print options window for the folder you have selected in the Finder.

Context Menu ScreenshotContextual Menu
Print Window also includes an option Finder Contextual Menu Plugin that will add a "Print File Listing..." option to the Finder's contextual menu. Select the folder you want to print, right click (with a two-button mouse) or Control-Click (with a one-button mouse) on the folder and select "Print File Listing..." from the menu that appears.

Dock Menu ScreenshotDock Menu
Print Window also allows you to start printing a file listing by using the Dock. Open the folder in a Finder window and select "Print File Listing..." from the Print Window dock menu

Dock Icon ScreenshotDrag and Drop
Simply drag the folder of which you want to print a file listing on top of the Print Window icon in the dock and the print options window will appear.
