Searchware Solutions Privacy Policy

Searchware Solutions takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. We do not seek or use your private information in any way, shape or form.
The software that we provide (such as "Print Window") does not, with one exception, collect or transmit any information about you, your computer or your activities on said computer. The one exception to this is if an error occurs resulting in a crash or other unexpected condition. In this situation, the software will display a window asking for information that is used to help us locate and resolve the cause of the crash. All information sent to Searchware Solutions through this mechanism is displayed in this window and can be edited or deleted at any time before transmission. The user can also choose to not transmit any information at all, in which case the information collected by Print Window about the crash is deleted. Any information transmitted to Searchware Solutions using this mechanism is securely held and is used only for the purposes of diagnosing, locating and resolving the cause(s) of the error. This information is not shared with any entity outside of Searchware Solutions and is encrypted when not being referenced.
Upon making a purchase with Searchware Solutions through the Searchware Solutions online store, you will be asked for your name, street address and e-mail address. This information is securely held by Searchware Solutions and is only used for the purposes of delivering purchase information back to the user. This information is not shared with any entity outside of Searchware Solutions and is encrypted when not being referenced. Searchware Solutions does utilize a third-party payment processor (Fastspring) for purchases made through the Searchware Solutions online store. The payment processor has their own privacy policy.
All purchases of Searchware Solutions software through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple, Inc.'s privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is shared with Searchware Solutions for these purchases.
If the user wishes to know what information Searchware Solutions has stored about them and/or wishes for Searchware Solutions to delete that information, they can send an e-mail to support@searchwaresolutions.com with a request with must include the name or e-mail they originally provided to Searchware Solutions.
